Shipment time
Against each product on the website, an approximate time for shipment has been provided (5 working days); which are merely indicative. Products may be shipped either earlier or later depending on availability of product and other factors.
Transit Risk
All orders sent by us are fully insured at no extra cost to customers.
In case of loss of order while ‘in transit’, Resin Home Furniture shall re-process the order.
However, Resin Home Furniture shall not be responsible for loss of packages during transit or any damages to package (full or partial), once the same has been delivered by the courier agency at the address provided by the customer at the time of placing of order.
Delay in Shipment
Time to ship mentioned on our website against each item is indicative (45 working days) and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
However benefits such as some store credit to be used for future orders, free gift etc can be allowed on case to case basis. If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because a item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail.
However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.
Returns
We have 7 days return policy. You can get a full refund of your order value, if intimated from the date delivered t 7 days.
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
• Item is used or not returned in original condition
• Damages due to misuse of the product.
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
• Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
• Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Wrongly placed orders will not be replaced.
We do not provide any reverse shipment facilities.

Return/Replacement request of the Product(s) should be initiated within 10 days of Order Delivery for Wrong/ Unsatisfactory product or in case of non-receipt of Invoice & Warranty (for Electronics only). However, under the following conditions, Return Request should be filed within 2 days of Delivery:

6. When do you initiate Pickup for Returns?
Once your request to return an order is approved, a pickup will be initiated. Once return is approved for pick up, email will be sent to registered email id for pick up related details. Please keep the product ready with all tags & accessories. Kindly ensure proper packaging to avoid any damage during transit.

7. What do I do if my area does not have a reverse pick up service?
If our reverse pickup service is not available at your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product. Return address will be notified to you in a separate email, along with the packaging instructions and required documents.
In case of Self-Shipment, ShopClues will reimburse your courier charges (upto $10) in form of Bank Transfer Or Paytm. Please take care of the following-
8. How do I track the status of my Return request?
Check the status of your Return at ‘My Accounts’ -> ‘My Returns’ Section and click on particular Return ID to view return details.
Every request received at Resin Home Furniture is assigned a ticket number, for which an acknowledgement mail is sent to your registered email address. Please use your registered email ID and phone number for any further communication.
After receiving your Return Request, we will update you on the status i.e. Acceptance/Rejection of Reverse Pickup, Reshipment & Refund.
9. Do I need to pay the courier company to send my product back?
No, you don't need to pay anything to the courier representative if we arrange the pickup of your product. In case your address is not serviceable by our courier service providers, you need to self-ship the product to us (address will be emailed to you). Courier charges will be reimbursed by us in form of Bank Transfer. The courier charges eligible for reimbursement are up to $20.
