Sustainably sourced urban rescued wood slabs are selected at the beginning of each project. We design each piece for the customer and the uniqueness of the wood selected. We handcraft each table in our modern woodshop in Eagle, Idaho, using modern tools and old-world artisan standards. Once the slabs are sanded and flattened, we create a custom mold for your table and then mix and pour the resin and custom pigments for your piece. The resin layering and curing process takes up to a week. Then, we de-mold and sand the table back down to the wood. The legs are crafted based on specifications. A multi-step finish process then is undertaken, creating a non-toxic, durable finish that highlights and protects the wood and resin for years to come.
